    Age Verification Check / Credit card processing

    After Dark is an 18+ platform, and we do not allow any minors to use the platform or be depicted in content on the platform. Any content that includes depictions of minors engaged in sexual acts or nudity or implied nudity of minors, including drawings, animations, or AI-generated images, is also strictly prohibited. If we learn of any content containing minors, it will be immediately removed and if determined to contain child sexual abuse material (CSAM), reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

    If you encounter any content on the platform containing minors or sexual depictions of minors, or have reason to believe any user of the platform is under the age of 18, please report it to us immediately by using the Report button or emailing us at support@afterdark-group.co.uk.

    Given the nature of the content that may be shared by users on our Platform, we require our users to be at least 18 years old before they are allowed to register for our Platform. This is with a view of protecting the interests of children, as well as to comply with our applicable regulatory requirements.

    We use CCBill (https://ccbill.com/) for the purposes of identity checking, age verification and other similar services pursuant to our user registration process. You may be asked to provide biometric information about yourself during the verification process, and documents to evidence your identity and age such as passports, driving licence.

    Please note that we would not be able to accept you as a user unless and until you have passed our identity and age verification checks.

    Adult content

    Uploading adult content is strictly only available to registered users who are verified.

    Commercial content

    We do not in any way use any kind of commercial paid content from ANY sources. This means we do not use any professional content providers, models, streaming services or any other similar services.

    Content monetisation policy

    It should be noted that we do not share or monetise your content or personal data in any way either directly or indirectly.

    Minimum age of any member of The After Dark Group shall be at least 18 years of age, or appropriate legal age of your country, but not less than 18.
     
    We use comprehensive ip tracking and logging software, any members found sharing passwords to any of the group sites or forums will be banned and not eligible for any kind of refund.
     
    If a customer of After Dark, Inc. issues a chargeback, and the chargeback is over turned, the customer will pay for the product that he/she originally ordered, plus the customer will pay the maximum fee allowed by law. The customer of After Dark, Inc. will be held liable for any damages that may result from the false information that is given to After Dark, Inc., or any of its associated parties.
     

    Content Removal

    Please contact us on the email address below to formally request the removal of any content that we host on this website. Please include a full statement of your concerns and include any copyright verification or ownership, together with identification.

    In line with DMCA the review and removal of content will be addressed within7 days

    Refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested by contacting customer support. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used Memberships. Cancelation for all future recurring billing may be requested we reserve the right to grant a refund or a credit applicable to purchases to the site at our discretion. The decision to refund a charge does not imply the obligation to issue additional future refunds.
